Biography
2013: Recipient of the team's annual "Most Inspirational" award, Frank earned all-conference accolades with a third-place and personal-best time of 33:33.17 in the 10,000 meters at the SCAC Championships ... also ran a season-best 4:23.62 in the 1,500 meters a week earlier at the Prairie Wolf Invitational hosted y Nebraska Wesleyan University.
2012: Placed eighth in the 5,000 meters (16:08.41) at the SCAC Championships his freshman season before setting a personal record of 15:34.8 a week later at the Occidental Classic in Southern California.
Before Colorado College: Frank lettered three years each in cross country and track at West Linn High School in Oregon, earning all-league honors twice as a prep harrier ... ran a personal-best 4:21 in the 1,500 meters and 9:22 in the 3K.
