2023: Earned All-America honors with a fourth-place finish in the 5K at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championship Meet … Won the 5K and 10K races at the SCAC Championship for the second time in his career … Posted the second-fastest time ever in the SCAC in the 5K (14:56.91) and third-fastest in the 10K (32:20.95) … Broke his own school record with a time of 14:08.47 and finished 14^th in the prestigious Oxy Invitational … Finished sixth in the 5K at the Oxy Distance Carnival … Set school record of 30:20.80 in the 10K at the KT Woodman Classic … SCAC Elite 19 Award winner … Member of SCAC Honor Roll for second time.

2021: Named the SCAC Co-Newcomer of the Year … Won both the 5,000- and 10,000-meter races at the SCAC Championships … Finished the season as the top-ranked 5K and 10K runner in the SCAC with personal-best times of 15:32.71 in the 5K and 32:38.29 in the 10K … Became the third Colorado College runner, and fifth overall, to win both the 5K and 10K races at the SCAC meet in the same season … Second Colorado College men's track and field student-athlete to earn Newcomer of the Year honors … Member of SCAC Honor Roll.
