2021: SCAC Track Athlete of the Year … Became the first Colorado College student-athlete to qualify for the NCAA Championships in two events, posting qualifying times in both the 800 and 1500 meters … Finished 11th in the 1500 and 13th in the 800 … His 11th-place result was the best finish by a CC male at nationals since Julian Boggs finished fifth in the 5K in 2007 ... Named an All-West Region selection by the USTFCCCA in both events … Captured both the 800 and 1500 titles at the 2021 SCAC Championships to become just the fourth runner to win both races in the same year since CC joined the SCAC in 2007 ... His time of 1:54.48 was the fifth-fastest for the 800 in SCAC championship meet history ... Also a member of the third-place 4x400 meter relay team ... Set school records in both the 800 (1:52.66) and 1500 (3:49.87) ... First CC student-athlete to earn SCAC Track Athlete of the Year honors and just the second male in SCAC history to earn Cross Country Runner of the Year and Track Athlete of the Year honors in the same season ... 2020: Won the 800 in a time of 1:59.50 at the Ed Boitano Invitational … Also finished ninth in the 1500.
2019: Competed in the first two meets of the season … Ran the 800 and 1500 in each meet … Posted season-best 2:02.12 in the 800 at the Long Beach Opener and 4:13.83 in the 1500 at the CSU-Pueblo Early Bird Meet.
Before Colorado College: Participated in cross country and indoor and outdoor track in high school … Team captain for cross country as a senior … Won the 4A state championship in the 1600 meters as a senior with a personal-best time of 4:19.43 … Earned county championship in the 4x800 relay … ran a personal-best 5K time of 16:24.
