Biography
2011: Whitnah ran a personal-record of 26:03 at the SCAC Championships as a junior ... her 5K clocking of 21:22 a week earlier at the Southwestern University Invitational also was a new PR for that distance.
2010:
Recorded the largest time drop during the season (a difference of 3 minutes and 3 seconds) at the SCAC Championships...posted a 26:41 as she set a new personal record and season best at the SCAC Championships.
2009: Did not run cross country.
Before Colorado College: Whitnah was named MVP of the cross country team at Stone Ridge High School in Bethesda, Md., as a senior in 2008...served as captain her final two years...also lettered three years in track, including serving as a captain her senior year...receive school spirit award senior year .. . also swam one year at Stone Ridge.
