Biography

2009: Junior reeled off personal records in final meets -- placing 54th at SCAC Championships (28:08) followed by 104th at West regionals (27:36).
2008: Honored as the team’s "Most Improved Runner" and co-recipient of the 7th annual Jennifer Nesbitt/Most Inspirational Award, Herzog dropped her 6K time by a remarkable 5:24 from the previous year, running a personal-best 28:36.
2007: Recorded a personal-best 34:00 in the 6K and a season-best 24:01 in the 5K as a freshman.

Before Colorado College: Herzog competed in four different sports as a prep at Maggie L. Walker Governor's School in Virginia, where she earned all-academic accolades at the metro, district and regional levels...helped several of her teams reach the state playoffs while in high school.
