2012-13: Turned in a season-best 26.26 in a time trial of the 50-yard freestyle at the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships … Her time of 26.41 in the preliminaries was 18th fastest … Also set a season-best time of 57.18 in a 100 free time trial after going 57.68 in the prelims … Recorded the 12-fastest time in the 200 free at 2:04.51 … Set a season-best 1:14.30 in the 100 butterfly on Oct. 26 at St. Thomas University … Received the team’s Sprit Award … Earned a fourth consecutive appearance on the SCAC Honor Roll for excellence in the classroom.
    
2011-12: Finished 16th in the 100-yard butterfly at the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships in a season-best time of 1:09.29 … Was 21st in the 100 freestyle in 57.96, and 28th in the 50-yard freestyle with a clocking of 26.76 … Swam the third leg for the 400 free relay team that finished 10th in a time of 3:49.74 … Helped her team take 11th in the 200 free relay in 1:43.61 … Earned a third appearance on the SCAC’s Honor Roll for excellence in the classroom.

Before Colorado College: Arndt lettered three years at Desert Vista High School in Phoenix, Ariz., where she helped her team finish among the top three at the state championship meet as a junior and a senior ... finished fourth regionally in the 100 freestyle in 2007 and 2008.
