Biography
2011: Ran a personal best 2:30.1 in the 800-meter run at the SCAC Championships...Also part of the seventh-place 1,600 relay at the SCAC Championships.
2010: Herzog was able to finish with a time of 2:33.17 in the 800 meters at the UNC Invitational.
2009: Herzog competed in the 400 and 800 meters for CC as a sophomore, posting respective season bests of 1:04.41 and 2:32.74 in the events.
2008: Ran a personal record of 2:33.3 in the 800 meters at the SCAC championships, where she also ran a leg on CC's 1,600 relay team that finished third and earned all-conference recognition.
Before Colorado College: Herzog competed in four different sports as a prep at Maggie L. Walker Governor's School in Virginia, where she earned all-academic accolades at the metro, district and regional levels ... helped several of her teams reach the state playoffs while in high school.
