2019: Finished 23^rd in the 3K with a personal-best time of 12:06.23 at the CU Invitational … Fifth in the 3K steeplechase with a personal-best time of 12:30.73 at the KT Woodman Classic …  Just missed all-conference honors with a fourth-place finish in the 3K steeplechase at the SCAC Championships … Posted a personal-best time of 5:25.80 in the 1500 at the conference meet.
 
2018: All-SCAC honors with a second-place finish in the 3K steeplechase at the SCAC Championships with a season-best time of 12:34.29 ... Finished 10^th in the 3K steeplechase at the KT Woodman Classic and 10^th in the 5K at the Willamette Opener ... Earned the team’s Most Inspirational and Most Improved awards.
 
2017: Placed fifth in the 3,000-steeplechase at the SCAC Championships … finished 15^th in the 1500 at the Nature’s Bakery Invite with a personal-best time of 6:03.65.   
 
Before Colorado College: Two-time letterwinner in cross country … also ran track and played soccer in high school … team captain as a senior for cross country and a sophomore for soccer … personal-best 5K time of 23:17 … ran the 800 meters and 300-meter hurdles in track.
