Adric Arndt begins his second season as an assistant coach for the Colorado College men’s and women’s swimming teams in 2022-23.
Since 2009, Arndt has been director of student services for several school districts around the country, including Asotin-Anatone (Wash.) and Woodland Park, Jeffco, Harrison and Aspen in Colorado.
An All-America swimmer and Academic All-American at Oakland University (Mich.), Arndt earned bachelor’s degrees in biology from Oakland (1996) and developmental psychology from Eastern Washington (1998). He then received his master’s degree in psychology from Eastern Washington in 2001 and a PhD in educational leadership, research, and policy from UCCS in 2020.
