Colin Glassman

Since the fall of 2025, Colin Glassman has served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Colorado College.
 
He currently oversees strength and conditioning programs for the men’s and women’s swim & dive, men’s and women’s Tennis and men’s basketball programs, where he develops and implements training strategies to enhance performance, durability, and year-round athletic development.
 
Before joining Colorado College, Glassman was a strength and conditioning coach at William Jewell College, working with football, tennis, golf, men’s lacrosse, swimming, cross country, men’s soccer, and track & field.
 
He began his professional career at the University of Kansas as a strength and conditioning intern for the football program. Following that experience, he served as a graduate assistant at Midland University, programming for men’s and women’s lacrosse, women’s flag football, men’s and women’s tennis, men’s soccer, golf, football, and baseball.
 
Born in Garden City, Kan., and raised in Hutchinson, Kan., Glassman graduated from Trinity Catholic Jr./Sr. High School in 2013. He competed in tennis throughout high school and continued his playing career at Seward County Community College, helping the Saints earn a top-10 national ranking. By fall 2018, he transitioned into cheerleading at the University of Kansas while completing his undergraduate studies.
 
Glassman earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Kansas in 2019 and his master’s in sport administration and leadership from Midland University in 2024. He is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
 
Outside of work, Glassman enjoys spending time with his family, friends and cats. His hobbies include weightlifting, bike riding, reading, hiking, camping and creating local food review videos.
