Harris Varnum joined the Colorado College athletic department as the director of ticket operations in December of 2023.
Varnum came to Colorado College with a wealth of customer service experience, most recently with Kroenke Sports & Entertainment in Denver, where he was a ticket operations resolution coordinator since November of 2022. His responsibilities included day-of-event customer service and troubleshooting ticketing software, such as Archtics and Ticketmaster.
Prior to moving to Denver, Varnum was a general merchandiser for Polar Beverages and a long-term substitute teacher in Massachusetts.
Varnum is a 2020 graduate of Coastal Carolina University, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in recreation and sport management and a minor in marketing. He served as a director of in-game entertainment for the CCU athletic department as well as broadcast and digital initiative intern for the Chanticleer Sports Network.
He earned a master of arts degree in communications for the Southern New Hampshire University in 2021.
