Nick Roman began his role as a part-time strength and conditioning coach at Colorado College in September 2025.
Nick launched his career at IGNITE Elite Athletics, a private sports performance facility in Mechanicsburg, PA. During his time at IGNITE, he coached youth, high school, and collegiate athletes in strength development, speed and agility, and long-term athletic development. From 2023–2025, he also served as the strength and conditioning coach for the York College of Pennsylvania men’s lacrosse program.
After relocating to Colorado in April 2025, Nick joined Cheyenne Mountain High School as a strength coach and later as an assistant boys’ lacrosse coach, supporting athlete development across the program.
His professional certifications include the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and CPR/First Aid/AED.
A native of Dillsburg, PA, Nick earned his bachelor’s degree from York College of Pennsylvania, where he was a four-year member of the men’s lacrosse program (2016–2020). During his collegiate career, he earned both USILA Academic All-America and Athletic All-America honors.
