Regan Cook was hired as the women's lacrosse assistant coach at Colorado College on August 26, 2025.
Cook was a volunteer coach for CC during the 2023 season that saw the Tigers earn a trip to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament and a Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference title. She was also recently the head coach of Air Academy High School in Colorado Springs, where she led the Kadets to their first second-round in the CHSAA playoffs in four years.Â

Cook graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from York and a Master of Science in Sport Business, Concentration in Athletic Administration from Temple University.Â

After graduating, she coached the Headstrong Lacrosse and Bolts Lacrosse Clubs in Philadelphia before relocating to Colorado Springs, where she coached alongside Johnson and Susan "Stuey" Stuart.

Originally from Lincoln University, Penn. Cook played four years at DIII York College in Pennsylvania, where she was named a two-time Inside Lacrosse All-American selection. She was a second-team selection in 2019 and a first-team selection in 2020. Cook was also named a four-time All-Capital Athletic Conference and IWLCA All-Region selection.Â

Academically, Cook was named a CoSIDA second-team Academic All-American selection her senior year.Â

She helped lead York to its first-ever CAC Tournament title and a program-record 17 wins, which capped three consecutive Elite Eight appearances in the NCAA Tournament.

Cook finished her collegiate career with 63 games played, 140 goals, 29 assists, 313 shots, 68 ground balls and 22 caused turnovers.
