Junior setter Amy Schornack recorded the first triple-double of her career to help No. 7 Colorado College record three-set victories over Hendrix College and Birmingham-Southern College on Saturday at the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference crossover matches.
Schornack had 31 assists, 12 digs and 10 kills to lead the Tigers to a 25-17, 25-11, 26-24 victory over Birmingham-Southern College in the final match of the day.
Sarah Schmoker also had 10 kills, while Erika Pirotte and Emily Perkins added nine and eight, respectively.
Perkins had 13 digs to pace the defense. Meredith Ballard had a hand in four blocked shots and Pirotte was in on three.
Perkins posted her eighth double-double of the season to lead CC to a 25-16, 25-20, 25-23 victory over Hendrix College in the first match of the day.
Pirotte added 10 kills and six digs, while Schornack had 37 assists, five kills, three aces and a pair of blocked shots.
The Tigers improved to 17-4 overall and 9-0 in the SCAC.
Colorado College faces host Millsaps College and Trinity University on Sunday.
