Kalli Kemling tied the game at 10-10 with 12:16 remaining in the first half, the Ladies used a 23-9 run to build a 14-point lead.
Centenary outscored CC 14-5 during the first seven minutes of the second half before the Tigers clawed their way back into the game.
Colorado College cut its deficit in half when freshman guard
Katie Waters connected from behind the arc with 9:07 to play, but the Tigers were unable to get closer than 10 points the rest of the way.
Kemling paced CC with 14 points and grabbed eight rebounds before fouling out with 1:37 to play.
Vashni Sharp-Moore poured in a game-high 23 points and dished out six assists, while Brianna Edwards recorded a double-double with 18 points and a game-high 16 rebounds to help Centenary win the season series two games to one.
The Tigers slipped to 4-19 overall and 4-9 in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference. The Ladies improved to 6-17 overall and 5-9 in league play.
Colorado College travels to Texas next weekend for its final two games of the regular season. The Tigers play at Trinity University on Friday night and at Southwestern University on Sunday afternoon.
