The pre-game show starts 37 minutes before faceoff. The broadcasts also can be heard worldwide via the internet. Last Time Out
Trevor Moore scored two goals and Tanner Jaillet stopped all 30 shots he faced to lead No. 10 Denver to a 3-0 victory over Colorado College last Friday night at The Broadmoor World Arena. DU's Danton Heinen, who had a hand in all three of Denver's goals, opened the scoring at the 11:45 mark of the first period when he redirected a shot by Joey LaLeggia past CC goalie Tyler Marble (Detroit, MI). Heinen then assisted on both of Moore's goals, including a nice crossing pass to the far post that gave Moore an open net 7:21 into the second frame. Moore wrapped up the scoring with an empty net goal with 1:36 remaining in the third period. The Tigers, who outshot DU 30-28, had several chances from point-blank range throughout the game but could not solve Jaillet. Marble, who had to leave the ice momentarily after suffering a cut on his forehead but returned without missing any time, finished with 25 saves.

Up Next
The Tigers continue the battle for the Gold Pan with a home-and-home series against Denver on Friday and Saturday, Feb. 20-21. Friday's game will be played at The Broadmoor World Arena and Saturday's at Magness Arena in Denver.

For the Record
Colorado College, in eighth place in the NCHC, is 5-19-1 overall and 1-14-1 in the NCHC this season following its loss to Denver last Friday … Miami is 16-9-1 and 9-6-1-1 in league play after defeating Western Michigan, 4-3, in an outdoor game at Soldier Field  in Chicago last Saturday. The Redhawks are in third place in the NCHC with 29 points.

The Coaches
Mike Haviland (Elmira College, '90), who is in his first season at the helm of the Tigers, came to Colorado College after serving one year as head coach of the Hershey Bears (AHL). Haviland was an assistant coach for the Chicago Blackhawks from 2008-12, helping the team win the Stanley Cup in 2010 … Enrico Blasi (Miami, '94) is in his 16th season as head coach at Miami. He is the winningest coach in school history with 342 victories and led the Redhawks to back-to-back Frozen Four appearances in 2009 and '10, including the school's first-ever berth in 2009 when Miami advanced to the national championship game.

All-Time Series
Colorado College and Miami have played six times with each team winning three games. Miami swept the Tigers earlier this season, 3-0 and 5-1, in Oxford, Ohio.

Scouting the Opposition
Senior Austin Czarnik leads the Redhawks and is tied for fourth in the NCHC in scoring with 27 points (2g,25a) and leads the league in assists. Junior Riley Barber and senior Blake Coleman follow with 25 (12g,13a) and 22 points (10g,12a), respectively. Junior netminder Jay Williams has played in 18 games this season and has a 1.74 goals-against average, which leads the NCHC and is fifth in the nation. Williams also has a .923 saves percentage in '14-15.

Bradley Continues to Lead CC in Scoring
Junior Cody Bradley (Tampa, FL) has recorded at least one point in 15 of CC's 25 games and leads the team in goals (8), assists (13) and points (21). All three totals are career-highs and he has a team-high six of CC's 21 multi-point games this season.

Tiger Tidbits
Senior Aaron Harstad (Stevens Point, WI) and sophomores Jaccob Slavin (Erie, CO) and Sam Rothstein (Minnetonka, MN) are tied for the team lead and 13th in the NCHC with three power-play goals ... Slavin has 10 points (3g,7a) in his last 10 games ... Bradley leads the team in scoring in conference games only with 12 points (3g,9a) ... Bradley and Harstad each have a team-high three points (1g,2a) in his career vs. Miami ... Kivihalme is second in the NCHC among freshmen defensemen with four goals and fourth with eight points ... CC has not had a full-length power play in its last two games.

Just Outside Top 20 in Power Play
Colorado College is 22nd in the country (59 teams) with a success rate of 19.15 percent (18-for-94) this season. The Tigers, who went 5-of-52 (9.6 percent) and were ranked second-to-last in the nation with a man advantage after their first 11 games, are 13-for-42 (30.9 percent) in their last 14 contests. CC posted the third-best PP percentage in the country at 32.1 percent (9-for-28) during the month of January.

Penalty Kill Numbers Getting Better
In addition to the improvement in the power play, CC's other special teams unit has been equally solid as of late. After allowing 12 power play goals in their opponents' first 39 chances (69.2 percent) over the first nine games, the Tigers have given up just 11 in the last 63 penalty kill situations (82.5 percent). CC is currently ranked 48th in the nation, killing 77.5 percent (79-of-102).
