Box Score Colorado College came within a shot of kicking off its 2016 Mountain West schedule by earning four points on the road.

The Tigers dialed up the pressure in the 80th minute, but English stopped a blast from Richter and a header by sophomore midfielder

English sealed the victory for SDSU when she made a save on a shot by senior midfielder
Chanisse Hendrix with 10 seconds to go.
CC finished with an 8-6 edge in total shots, while the Aztecs had a 4-1 advantage in corner kicks. Â Â Â

Louisa Mackenzie made one save for Colorado College, which is now 5-5-0 overall and 1-1-0 in the Mountain West.
The Tigers play host to Boise State University and Utah State University on Friday and Sunday, respectively.
