Box Score Colorado College improved to 14-0 overall and 3-0 in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference with a three-set victory over Centenary College on Sunday morning.
Sophomore setter
Haley Harris led the Tigers with 12 kills on 24 attacks with only two errors.
Senior middle hitter
Glenna Yancey added 10 kills, while junior opposite hitter
Aria Dudley hit .500 with seven kills on 14 attempts.
Freshman defensive specialist
Rachel Krutz led the Tigers with 12 digs, while
Marguerite Spaethling had a hand in five of CC's eight blocks. The sophomore middle hitter also had eight kills.
As a team, Colorado College hit .310 while holding the Ladies to .111.
Desiree Frey recorded a double-double for Centenary with team-highs of 13 kills and 11 digs.
Kristian Loving added 10 kills for the Ladies, who are 7-7 overall and 1-2 in conference play.
The Tigers continue SCAC action next week with four matches at Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, Texas.
CC plays Schreiner University and No. 5 Trinity University on Saturday, Sept. 30, and then No. 2 Southwestern University and host TLU on Sunday.
