Â
Following a pre-game ceremony honoring the team's three seniors,
Aria Dudley,
Myca Steffey-Bean and
Sarah Lawton, the Tigers went to work right off the bat, jumping out to a 14-5 lead behind three kills from Steffey-Bean and a couple of aces from Lawton.

The second set looked similar to the first as CC won seven of the first eight points. A service ace by MUW's Savannah Thomas cut the lead to 9-7, but the Tigers never relinquished the lead and scored the final 10 points of the game, including five aces from Steffey-Bean.
Â
After the Owls won the first point of the third set, CC reeled off 12 straight points and never looked back. Lawton served out the final four points as the Tigers improved to 27-2.
