Tigers Dominate Trinity, Again

The Colorado College women's swimming and diving team swept SCAC-foe Trinity University this weekend with a 119-102 victory over the Texas Tigers Saturday at Schlessman Natatorium.
 
Once again, senior Maddie Amick, junior Kate Brush and sophomore Annie Bowens led the Tigers.
 
Amick won the 200 backstroke, Brush the 200 butterfly and Bowens the 50 freestyle, and the three joined sophomore Emma Phillips on the winning 400 medley relay team.
 
Junior Peyton Classon won the 1-meter voluntaries with her second NCAA qualifying score of 189.38.
 
The Tigers closed the meet with an impressive victory in the 400 freestyle relay, consisting of Brush and Phillips, along with freshmen Olivia Cristafulli and Amelia Grady.
 
The Tigers will host the annual Hour of Power Relay on Tuesday, Nov. 9, before competing at the Wabash Invitational, Nov. 19-21, in Crawfordsville, Ind.
