Colorado College lost their matches to Pomona-Pitzer and California Lutheran on the first day of the California Lutheran Invitational in Thousand Oaks, California on Friday.
The Tigers dropped their first match to Pomona-Pitzer Colleges in straight sets 25-23, 25-18, 25-21 to start their west coast road trip. Junior outside hitter

Colorado College worked to battle back against California Lutheran and fought back and forth before eventually falling in the fifth set. The Tigers lost in 5 sets: 25-18, 23-25, 25-18, 19-25, 11-15. Junior outsite hitter
Keeley Kandziora led the Tigers with 16 kills and Jenks made an impact with 51 assists.
CC returns to action tomorrow at 4 p.m. for the final match of the tournament against #1 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps.
