Colorado College Falls to Austin College 3-2 in Shreveport

Colorado College fell to the Austin College Roos, 3-2, in the final match of the Shreveport, La. road trip this weekend. 

The Tigers lost to the Roos 26-24, 22-25, 20-25, 25-18, 7-15 and have a 10-4 overall record and 2-1 SCAC record. 

The Tigers were led by outside hitters Carolyn Dormady and Isabella Lipacis who both recorded 17 kills apiece. Keeley Kandziora was close behind with 15 kills and a .200 hitting percentage. 

Setter Jenny Jenks recorded 38 assists on the day. 

The Roos were led by Victoria Smith and Riley Abernathy who both recorded 10 kills apiece. 

CC will return to action next weekend when they take on Schreiner University and Trinity University in Kerrville.
