Â
"We are disappointed in today's result," head coach
Keri Sanchez said. "We didn't have composure on the attack in the first half so we spent most of it defending, which is tiring. Second half, we did much better finding an offensive rhythm and fought to get back in the game. With the game tied, their impact players stepped up and finished a couple of shots. Regan (Wallace) had the best game of the year to keep us in it and I appreciate that we continued to try to crawl back into the game until the final whistle."
Â
The Tigers return to action on Thursday, Oct. 5, against Nevada at Stewart Field, beginning at 6 p.m.
