Four Tigers Earn Spot on Academic All-District Team

Four members of the Colorado College women's cross country and track & field teams have been named to the 2022-23 Academic All-District® Team, selected by the College Sports Communicators (CSC).

Recent graduates Charlotte Furman and Na'ama Nevo, rising senior Emma Fowkes and rising junior Elliot Singer each earned a spot on the team.

The 2023 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's At-Large Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the athletic realm and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

To be nominated, a student-athlete must have completed one full calendar year at their institution, be a starter or important reserve playing a minimum of 50% of contests and maintain at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.00 scale).

Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced on June 28.
