Tigers Downed by Lewis-Clark State

The Colorado College men's tennis team dropped a 5-2 decision to Lewis-Clark State College Thursday evening in Lewiston, Idaho.
 
The Tigers collected one of the three doubles matches as Lewis-Clark jumped out to an early 1-0 lead.  jumped out to a 3-0 lead by sweeping the doubles matches. August Knox and Nick Anderson captured their second straight victory at the No. 2 position with a 6-3 win over Rafael Bonnet de Larbogne and Austin Swing.
 
In singles action, Andrew Kaelin won his third straight match at the No. 1 spot, downing Matus Rusnak, 6-4, 6-3, while Aiden Little went three sets and defeated de Larbogne, 7-5, 5-7, 6-3. Jack Delafield fell to Nell Rollin, 6-3, 5-7, 6-4, at No. 4, while the Warriors won the other three matches in straight sets.
 
The Tigers return to action on Friday, Feb. 16, against Linfield College in Walla Walla, Wash., beginning at 2 p.m. (PT).
