Freshman Zach McNaul led the Colorado College men's cross country team with a 25^th-place finish at the UCCS Open Friday morning at North Monument Valley Park.
 
McNaul completed the 8K course in a time 26:55.0, followed by Sammy Berman, who placed 31st in 27:13.8.
 
Will Pechinsky was 37^th (27:30.5), Eric Coombs 40^th (27:33.9) and Jake Seley rounded out CC's top five in 41^st (27:34.3).
 
The Tigers return to action at the Augustana Invitational in Rock Island, Ill., on Saturday, Oct. 18.
