Charlie Flint each posted a top six finish to lead the No. 22 CC women's cross country team to a fifth-place finish at the Augustana Invitational Saturday in Rock Island, Ill.

Mueller-Hickler completed the 6K race in 21 minutes, 43.3 seconds, followed by Flint, who placed sixth in 21:53.9.

The Tigers joined 10 other Division III teams ranked in the top 30 on Friday as 40 total teams competed at the meet. CC defeated two teams, No. 20 UC Santa Cruz and No. 21 Wartburg, that are ranked higher in the latest national poll. Â

th with a time of 22:57.4, while freshman
Ellie Ottem (23:12.8) and senior
Brooktie Frogge (23:13.3) rounded out the scoring for the Tigers in 74
th and 75
th place, respectively.
