The Colorado College women's basketball team hosts the College of Saint Benedict and Whitman College for the annual Colorado College Fall Classic.

CC (3-2) welcomes the Bennies and the Blues, starting Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, at Reid Arena. The Tigers will face the Bennies first on Friday at 1 p.m., then play the Blues on Sunday at 1 p.m.

A trip to the Pacific Northwest resulted in one win and one loss for the Tigers. They defeated the University of Puget Sound 59-54 on Friday before falling to Pacific University 95-92 in double overtime.

Against the Loggers, junior guard
Isa Nelson led all Tigers with 14 points, three rebounds, and went 6-8 from the free-throw line.
JuJu Garcia scored 12 points, grabbed four rebounds, and dished out an assist. Sophomore
Addie Meyer matched her career high of nine rebounds and finished with five points, an assist, and a block.
Then, against the Boxers, freshman Reyna Welsch scored a career-high 25 points and finished with five rebounds and three assists. She led a group of five Tigers who scored in double digits.

Senior
Andie Will scored a season-high 15 points, junior
Naiya Kurnik added 13, Meyer scored a career-high 13, and Nelson scored 11.
Meyer had a career night; not only did she set a personal best in points, but she also recorded her first career double-double. The Crystal Lake, Ill., native finished the night with two assists and a steal, playing a season-high 32 minutes.
Back at Home
CC returns to Reid Arena for the first time this season and aims to extend its home winning streak. The Tigers went a perfect 13-0 at home last season, the first undefeated home record in program history.
They haven't lost a game inside Reid since Dec. 15, 2023.

Scouting The Opposition

CSB enters Friday with a 5-1 record and is riding a three-game winning streak. The Bennies most recently beat St. Olaf College on Nov. 19 with a final score of 59-53. They also have wins this year over UW-Eau Claire, Bethany Lutheran, the University of Dubuque, and Nebraska Wesleyan.

Whitman is 3-2 heading into the weekend. The Blues lost their recent game against Bushnell 66-55 on Tuesday.Â
