The Colorado College men's tennis team opened the 2025 SCAC Championships with a 4-0 quarterfinal victory over Texas Lutheran in Waco, Texas.

The Tigers jumped out to a 1-0 lead with wins at the Nos. 1 and 3 doubles matches.
Dominik Kaminski and
Lenny Lehmitz won the No. 1 match, 6-0, over Cash Herrera and Eric Moninger, while
Nick Anderson and
Nico Davis beat JT Figeroa and Kadon Sullins, 6-2, at the No. 3 spot.

CC continued its momentum into the singles matches, dropping just two games in the three matches that finished.
Mateo Melgar started it off with a 6-0, 6-0 victory over Figeroa at the No. 6 position, while
Aiden Little beat Revel Wicks by the same score at No. 2.

Lehmitz downed Logan Randall, 6-1, 6-1, at No. 5 to clinch the match. The other three matches were then pulled off the court.

The 72
nd-ranked Tigers (6-13) will face the winner of Southwestern and St. Thomas in the semifinals on Saturday, April 26, at 9 a.m. (CT).
