For the 17th consecutive year the Colorado College women's track and field teams earned the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association's All-Academic Team award, while six Tigers were named All-Academic Athletes in 2024-25.

The team had a 3.76 cumulative GPA during the 2024-25 academic year, ranking No. 6 in Division III.

To earn the All-Academic Team award, the cumulative GPA of all student-athletes who used a season of eligibility must be at least a 3.1 on a 4.0 scale through the most recent semester/quarter.

Sydney Rankin, rising seniors
Clara Lippert and
Alison Mueller-Hickler and rising junior
Charlie Flint were named All-Academic Athletes by the USTFCCCA.

To qualify for the All-Academic Athlete award, a student-athlete must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 and either finish the season among the top 50 individuals as listed on the descending order lists on TFRRS or compete in the Indoor or Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Olson and Mueller-Hickler ran at the 2024 NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships, while Helgaas, Rankin, Lippert and Flint were ranked in the Division III Top 50 at the end of the season.
