The Colorado College volleyball team travels to Kenosha, Wis., this weekend for three matches at the Carthage Invitational. The Tigers will face Concordia University (Wis.) on Friday, Sept. 12, at 5 p.m. CT, then 13th-ranked UW-Platteville (10 am CT) and Carthage (12 pm CT) on Saturday, Sept. 13.

Last Time Out
CC went a perfect 3-0 last weekend in the Pacific Northwest. The Tigers easily won both matches at the Lewis & Clark Invitational on Saturday in Portland, Ore., defeating Macalester and Lewis & Clark in three sets.
Brooke Brilliant and
Meghan Gannon were named to the all-tournament team.
On Sunday, CC pulled out a thrilling five-setter at George Fox in Newberg, Ore. After dropping the first set, the Tigers stormed to a 2-1 lead by winning sets two and three, 25-11 and 25-12. Geogre Fox then saved four match points to win a crazy fourth set, 33-31, before CC won the fifth and deciding set, 15-12.

Brooke Brilliant was named the SCAC Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week her stellar play last weekend.

Brilliant, from Marin County, Calif., tallied 36 kills over three matches as the Tigers posted a perfect 3-0 record in the Pacific Northwest, including 18 in the five-set win over George Fox.

She posted a .536 hitting percentage during the weekend and currently ranks third in the country in hitting percentage (.550) while leading the team in kills, kills per set and hitting percentage. Against George Fox, Brilliant collected a .739 hitting percentage and added three blocks.
Scouting The Opposition
Concordia Univ., enters the weekend with a 2-4 record after posting a 1-2 record at the UW-Whitewater Tournament last weekend. The Falcons defeated Wheaton, 3-1, on Wednesday.

UW-Platteville is 4-2 after falling to 23
rd-ranked Dubuque, 3-1, on Wednesday. The Pioneers had won four straight matches following a loss against No. 12 Millikin.
Carthage is 5-1 after defeating Lake Forest College, 3-0, and Aurora University, 3-1, at the Lake Forest Tournament last weekend. Â
