The Colorado College volleyball team heads to the Pacific Northwest this weekend for three matches. The Tigers will face Macalester College (1:30 pm PT) and Lewis & Clark (6:30 pm PT) at the Lewis & Clark Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 6, in Portland, Ore., then a single match against George Fox at 1 pm PT) on Sunday, Sept. 7, in Newberg, Ore.

Last Time Out
CC hosted its season-opening Pikes Peak Challenge last weekend. The Tigers finished the tournament with a 2-2 record, including a three-set victory over Milwaukee School of Engineering and a four-set win over (rv) UW-Stevens Point.
CC dropped a four-set decision to #14 East Texas Baptist and a three-set match to #22 UW-Eau Claire.
SCAC Weekly Award
Sophomore
Camden Goodman was named the SCAC Volleyball Setter of the Week for her performance at the Pikes Peak Challenge last weekend.

Goodman, from Park City, Utah, was key for the Tigers in the two victories at the Pikes Peak Challenge, including posting a career-high 49 assists against Wisconsin-Stevens Point. She leads the SCAC in total assists with 91 and averaged 6.50 assists per set.

Goodman posted double-digit assists in each of the four contests for the Tigers and collected 32 digs, including a career-high 18 against Wisconsin-Stevens Point as well.
Scouting The Opposition
Macalester enters the weekend with an 0-4 record after playing at the Grinnell Tournament last weekend. The Scots lost 3-1 to Central College and Grinnell.

Lewis & Clark is also 0-4 after playing in the UC-Santa Cruz Tournament last weekend. Â The Pioneers lost to Redlands, 3-1, then were swept twice by UCSC and once by Occidental.Â
George Fox went 2-2 at the Covenant Tournament last weekend in Lookout Mountain, Ga. The Bruins swept Pfeiffer and Spalding, then fell to Southern Virginia and Covenant.
