Â
"Our focus this weekend was on how we want to prepare for championships, from warmups to recovery, and the team did an outstanding job committing to that process," head coach
Jen Buffin said. "They stayed focused on every race and every session, and the energy on the deck was exactly what we wanted. That energy translated into fast swimming, great racing and teammates pushing each other to be better. Pool records and a team record are hard to achieve at this point in the season, and that speaks volumes about the leadership of our seniors and the standard they continue to set. I am incredibly proud of what we accomplished and excited for the next few weeks as we prepare for the SCAC Championships."Â
