The Colorado College women's swimming and diving team captured seven titles and extended its team lead Friday on the penultimate day of the 2026 SCAC Championships in Garland, Texas.

The Tigers hold a dominant lead in the team standings with 680 points, followed by Asbury University in second with 481.

The 200 freestyle relay team of
Megan Simonson,
Sarah Buchman,
Livi Woolery and
Julia Cox led off the day by winning with a time of 1:36.51.

Buchman and Cox each won an individual event as well. Buchman led a 1-2-3 finish in the 100 butterfly with a time of 58.25 seconds, followed by
Alyssa Tunggal in second and Simonson in third. Meanwhile, Cox touched first in the 200 freestyle in 1:53.57, followed by
Annie Engstrom in second.

Riley Romisher captured the 400 IM (4:50.57), while
Isabella Cole (1:06.57) and
Charlotte Flory finished 1-2 in the 100 breaststroke, as did
Lucia Chapell (1:00.69) and
Lizzie McWilliams in the 100 backstroke.

On the boards,
Keller Pooley defended her 1-meter title with a score of 437 points.
Hazel Ryden placed fifth in her first conference meet experience.

"This was another strong night in the pool for our team," head coach
Jen Buffin said. "Our focus continues to be on maximizing our individual performances in the morning and then taking advantage of the opportunity at night to be even faster. I'm proud of how this group is staying focused on the process they're bringing great energy to every event and truly getting behind each swim and dive. That team support is allowing us to perform at a very high level. We're excited to finish this meet by staying focused on our goals heading into the final day."

The meet concludes on Saturday, Feb. 14, with the preliminaries starting at 10:30 a.m. and the finals at 6 p.m. (CT).
