Four Tigers Named CSC Academic All-District Selections

Four Colorado College women's basketball student-athletes were selected to the 2025-26 Academic All-District Team, which was named today by the College Sports Communicators (CSC).

Senior guard Kayla Mackel, senior guard Andie Will, senior forward Avery Johnson and junior guard Isa Nelson were all named to this year's team. Each earned the honor for the first time in their careers.

The quartet helped lead Colorado College to a 20-6 overall record, its third straight 20-win season, and the SCAC Gold Division title. Mackel also earned WBCA All-Region Second Team honors and was selected to the WBCA All-Star Game, while Mackel (First Team) and Will (Honorable Mention) garnered All-SCAC recognition. Mackel was also selected to advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot, with honorees set to be announced on April 15.

The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Women's Basketball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes women's basketball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
