The Colorado College Tigers begin a five match road trip on Thursday when they travel south to take on the UTSA Roadrunners in San Antonio. The match is set for a 6:35 p.m. mountain time kick off and will be broadcasted live on ESPN+.
The Tigers began the season with a statement 3-1 win over the Creighton Bluejays on Wednesday evening. The match featured two goals from freshman forward Ella Ashouri, who also recorded an assist on the game winning goal from Kate Pulley, who found the net for the first time in her collegiate career.
The Tigers continued their momentum into the weekend and defeated the Drake Bulldogs 1-0. Again, it was freshman Ella Ashouri finding the net when CC was awarded a penalty kick after junior captain Finley Schoenbeck was tripped entering the corner of the eighteen.
