Colorado College defeated Carroll (WI) 6-0 on Friday. Colorado College finished with a 21-5 shot advantage, including 10-1 in shots on goal. The team achieved a season-high of six goals in the game and registered a season-high of 10 shots on goal, above their season average of 6.5.
First Half
- Colorado College pressed early with two corner kicks and five shots in the opening 13 minutes, including
Zeke Lubin's saved attempt at 6:07.
- Lubin put Colorado College ahead 1-0 at 19:22 off an assist from
Arlo Sollinger. Lubin achieved a career-high total of two goals and registered one game-winning goal, the first of his career.
- Colorado College added to the lead at 28:30 when
Grayson Capodanno scored after
Teddy Opler's shot was saved earlier in the same minute. It was Capodanno's first goal of the season.
- Carroll (WI) generated four shots from 29:41 to 40:56, but Colorado College held the lead before
Aris Lindquist scored at 44:56 to make it 3-0 at halftime. This marked Lindquist's first goal of the season.
Second Half
- Colorado College put an early shot on goal through
Jack Hilliard before making it 4-0 on a team goal at 56:18.
- Colorado College kept pressure on Carroll (WI) with five corner kicks and three shots from 58:05 to 65:47, then Lubin scored at 66:16 to make it 5-0.

Spencer Besselaar saved Carroll (WI)'s shot at 77:41, and
Ethan Johnson scored from
Rocco Meyerhoff at 80:57 as Colorado College finished a 6-0 win. This was Johnson's first goal of the season.
Lubin scored twice, including the game-winning goal, and put three of his four shots on frame. Besselaar played all 90 minutes in goal, made one save and recorded a shutout. Lindquist added a goal on his lone shot. Johnson scored on his only attempt off the bench.
Colorado College is 4-1-0 overall. Carroll (WI) is 2-5-0 overall.
