2012-2013: Patterson competed in 14 singles matches and 15 doubles matches during her junior season … Finished with a 1-1 record at No. 1 singles and a 7-5 ledger at No. 2 where she put together a pair of three-match winning streaks ...  Posted a 8-7 record at No. 1 doubles including consecutive victories over Southwestern University, Hastings College and Sul Ross State.

2011-12: Played in all 22 doubles and singles matches during her junior year … Recorded a 13-9 record overall in doubles play to tie for the most doubles victories on the team …. Was 4-3 at No. 1 doubles and 9-6 at No. 2 doubles … Posted a 10-12 record at No. 2 singles … Had a perfect 6-0, 6-0 sweep against Hope International for her best singles match of the season … Also had a perfect 8-0 sweep over Oneonta State with Partner Caila Criss at No. 2 doubles … Went 2-2 at No. 2 doubles during the SCAC Championships.
 
2011: Was named to the SCAC All-Sportsmanship team … Played in 19 singles matches and 18 doubles matches … Posted a 10-7 record at No. 3 singles in her first collegiate season as a Tiger … Was 1-0 in her only match at No. 2 singles against Millsaps College on April 9 … Went 2-0 in No. 3 doubles to begin the season … Finished the season with a 10-6 record at No. 2 doubles with partner Erin Yamamoto … Posted a 2-2 record at the SCAC Championships at No. 2 doubles.

Before Colorado College: Competed in tennis and the downhill ski team at Dover-Sherborn High School in Dover, Mass. … Played No. 2 doubles as a freshman, No. 3 singles as a sophomore, No. 2 singles as a junior and No. 1 singles as a senior … Was named to the All-State team all four years of high school … Was a state champion her junior year … Was a sectional champion her junior and senior year … Won the coaches award her sophomore year and was named the team’s Most Valuable Player her junior and senior year.
