2017-18: An honorable-mention all-Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference selection … Started 16 of the 19 games in which he played … Ranked fifth on the team with 597 minutes despite missing seven games with injuries … Finished third on the team averaging 15.3 points and 5.1 rebounds per game … Tied for the team lead with 34 blocked shots … Would have led the league in three-point accuracy (.461) and tied for second had he played in one more game … Also would have finished 11th averaging 15.3 points per game, fifth in free-throw percentage (.841) and 12th in field-goal percentage (.487) … Led the team in scoring four times, with a high of 29 at the University of Texas at Tyler on Dec. 17 … Led the team in rebounding twice, with a high of nine against a pair of opponents … Led the team in steals five times, with a high of three on five occasions … Ranks first in program history with 161 blocked shots … Also is 15th with 132 three-pointers, 16th with 1,126 points, 21st with 457 rebounds and 31 with 107 assists … Earned a spot on the National Association of Basketball Coaches Honors Court for recording a grade-point average of at least 3.2 ... 2016-17: A first-team all-Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference selection … Named the SCAC's Defensive Player of the Year, becoming the first CC player to claim that award … Started 25 of the 26 games in which he played … Led the team with 917 minutes and was second in the SCAC averaging 35.3 minutes per game … Finished the regular season ranked first in the conference averaging 2.4 blocked shots, tied for eighth at 1.3 steals and was ninth averaging 5.9 rebounds per game … At the offensive end of the court, he was second averaging 17.5 points and third in both 3-point field goals per game (2.2) and 3-point field-goal percentage (.417) … Set personal single-season highs with 454 points, 155 rebounds, 62 blocked shots and 33 steals … Recorded three double-doubles, including a 29-point, 10-rebound effort in the 72-67 victory over Centenary College that helped him claim his first SCAC Player-of-the-Week award … Scored double-digit points on 24 occasions, including 10 games with 20 or more … Set the program records for blocked shots in a single-season with 62 and the career mark with 127 … Currently ranks 19th in program history with 89 three-pointers, 28th with 836 points and 33rd with 361 rebounds … Earned a second appearance on the SCAC Academic Honor Roll and was one 19 Tigers who were named to the Winter Honor Roll as well as their respective all-conference team.
