Pete Martin

Pete Martin just competed his first year as an assistant coach and defensive coordinator at Colorado College. He was a four-year starter as a defenseman and long-stick midfielder, as well as a two-time captain and team MVP, for Drew University.

After college, he spent a year playing and coaching lacrosse for the Wannero Chiefs in Perth, Western Australia. Upon returning to the U.S., Martin began coaching for Hopewell Valley Central High School (N.J.), and played two seasons with the Tri-State Men's Lacrosse Club in the American Lacrosse League. He has also coached with the Tri-State All-Stars (N.J.) and at the youth level with the Hopewell Valley Lacrosse Club and the New Jersey South U.S. Lacrosse Chapter.

Martin graduated from Drew in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in Anthropology and earned his Master's in Secondary Education-Social Studies from the College of New Jersey. He was on the Dean's List as an undergraduate and earned all-academic honors from the Middle Atlantic Conference.

Along with coaching for Colorado College, Martin is a representative for both Lacrossewear Inc. and LaxTube.com.
