2012: An all-Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference first-team selection … One of four first-year Tigers to appear in all 15 games … Finished second on the team with 12 caused turnovers and sixth with 24 ground balls … Anchored the defense that ranked No. 10 nationally in scoring defense and tied for No. 21 in man-down defense … As a team, the Tigers held eight of 15 opponents to five goals or less and allowed 10 or more on only two occasions … One of 24 CC student-athletes who earned a spot on their respective all-conference teams as well as the SCAC Honor Roll for excellence in the classroom during the spring semester.
   
Before Colorado College: Played lacrosse and football at Rock Canyon High School in Highlands Ranch, Colo. … Earned a pair of varsity letters as a defender on the lacrosse team … Was team captain during his senior season … A first-team all-conference selection as well as a two-time first-team academic all-state pick.
