Before Colorado College: Played lacrosse and hockey at Mayo High School in Rochester, Minn. … Earned seven varsity letters, including four in lacrosse … Was a two-time captain of the lacrosse squad … Led the Spartans to the state playoff in 2013 when he ranked among the top 10 goal scorers in the state … A two-time first-team all-conference selection in lacrosse, which competed in Section 1 of the Minnesota State High School League … Team awards include Rookie of the Year in 2012 and Offensive Player of the Year in 2015 … Also was a second-team all-Big 9 Conference selection in hockey … Named to the 2015 U.S. Lacrosse All-Academic Team … Member of the National Honor Society.
