Biography
2018: Played in seven games, including one as a starter … Posted season highs of eight faceoff wins and four ground balls in the 13-12 overtime victory at Montclair State University … Went 6-for-8 at the faceoff dot and picked up three ground balls in the 14-10 win over Whittier College which gave the Tigers possession of the Locker-Stabler Cup for the seventh time in eight years.
2017: Played in nine games as a defensive midfielder and faceoff specialist … Grabbed a season-high four ground balls in the 15-7 victory over Goucher College … Picked up a pair of GBs in the 9-5 win at Transylvania University in the season opener … Won 17 of 51 faceoffs, including seven of 16 against Goucher … Struck for a career-best three goals in the 25-1 victory over the University of Dallas … Launched four of his eight shots against the Crusaders, putting four on target.
2016: Started 10 of the 13 games in which he played … Led the team with a .528 face-off percentage … Won 18 of 20 face-off’s in the 17-2 victory at the University of Dallas … Tied for second with 41 ground balls … Grabbed a season-high eight ground balls during the 14-8 victory at Berry College in the season opener … Won 11 of 19 face-off’s and scooped up five ground balls in the 11-10 overtime victory against Whittier in the first round of the NCAA Tournament … Helped the CC defense post a 9.58 goals-against average against a challenging schedule that included five games against teams that qualified for the postseason.
2015: Started 15 of 16 games … Led the Tigers with 155 faceoff victories in 274 attempts, as well as 54 ground balls … Won 19 of 27 draws during the 15-9 victory over Vassar College … Recorded a season-high six ground balls on three occasions, the last of which was the 9-3 triumph over Whittier College that gave the Tigers possession of the Locker-Stabler Cup for the fifth year in a row … Scored his first collegiate goal in the 22-12 triumph over Adams State University.
Before Colorado College: Played lacrosse and soccer at New Trier High School in Winnetka, Ill. … Earned a pair of varsity letters in lacrosse as a midfielder and face-off specialist … Helped lead the Trevians to the 2014 state championship by winning 80 percent of his face-offs … Earned a spot on the school’s Honor Roll every semester and was named a Scholar-Athlete.
