2014: A first-team all-Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference selection … A defensive midfielder who was one of the team’s top two-way players … Helped the Tigers rank No. 18 nationally in scoring defense, allowing just 6.69 goals per game, and No. 35 in scoring margin at 4.13 … CC also finished No. 31 in face-off winning percentage (.598) and No. 44 in clearing percentage (.854) … Ranked third on the team with a career-high 13 caused turnovers and fifth with 27 ground balls … Tied for 11th with five goals … Struck for the game winner in the 11-5 triumph over Babson College … Earned an assist in the NCAA Tournament contest at No. 12 Amherst College … Grabbed a season-high five ground balls during wins over Birmingham-Southern College (16-4) and Southwestern University (13-7) in the conference championship game … One of five Tigers who earned a spot on the SCAC Honor Roll as well as the all-conference team … Selected the league’s Character & Community Male Student-Athlete of the Week for the period ending May 18, 2014.

2013: Started 17 of 18 games … Ranked second on the team with 56 faceoff victories and 56 ground balls, and tied for seventh with 10 caused turnover … Recorded six goals and a pair of assists … Scored twice and set up another tally during the 24-2 victory over Southwestern University in the SCAC championship game … Named the league's Defensive Player of the Week on March 4 after he grabbed a career-high eight ground balls and won nine of 15 draws at Division II Colorado Mesa University … Earned a spot on the SCAC Academic honor Roll for excellence in the classroom during the spring semester.
      
2012: Started all 14 games in which he played … Tied for third on the team with 10 caused turnovers and finished fourth with 37 ground balls … Grabbed a season-high seven ground balls during the 14-9 victory over Sewanee in the semifinal of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference tournament … Recorded a goal and an assist during wins over Oglethorpe University (21-2) and Sewanee.
      
2011: Played in 15 games, including one as a starter … Scored the game-winning goal in his collegiate debut, the 11-9 victory over Goucher College … Earned his first assist the following day in the 9-8 overtime triumph at Swarthmore College … Finished second on the team with 82 ground balls … Recorded double-figure ground balls twice, including a season-high 11 in the 21-2 win at Centre College … Caused a pair of turnovers against Goucher … Ranked third in the SCAC with a .750 face-off percentage, winning 24 of 32.
   
Before Colorado College: Played lacrosse, football and hockey at New Trier High School in Winnetka, Ill. … Earned seven varsity letters, including two in lacrosse … Was a three-time captain of the hockey team and a lacrosse captain as a senior … A first-team all-state selection in lacrosse as a junior … Received first-team all-state accolades three times in hockey … Lacrosse team won state titles during his junior and senior seasons … Hockey team won state championship in 2008-09 and the national championship the following year … Named an Illinois State Scholar, an AP Scholar with Distinction and earned a spot on the school’s honor roll.
