Brooke Swift, a four-year letterwinner at Southwestern University, is in her first season as an assistant coach at Colorado College.
 
Swift is involved in all facets of the program, with an emphasis on guard development, scouting, video analysis and recruiting. 
 
During her collegiate career, Southwestern won the 2015 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference championship and finished runner-up in 2018.
 
Swift was a two-time recipient of the Director of Athletics Academic Excellence Award and earned back-to-back appearances on the SCAC Academic Honor Roll in 2017 and 2018.
 
After graduating in 2018 with degrees in psychology and English, Swift remained a part of the Pirate basketball program serving as an assistant coach.
 
Her duties included player development, organizing and running daily practices, maintained relationships with current and prospective student-athletes and their families, and coordinated video efforts utilizing Synergy and Krossover programs.
 
At the same time, Swift worked as a behavioral technician at Behavioral Innovations in Round Rock, Texas, where she provided behavioral therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
