Lynz Keys Bolton, who joined the Colorado College staff as an assistant coach in 2013, works primarily with team’s attack, but is involved in all aspects of the program.

Bolton, who graduated from Ohio University in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in sport industry, started every game as a midfielder during her four seasons with the Bobcats.

During her senior season, Bolton was named a third-team All-American by Inside Lacrosse and was a first-team all-American Lacrosse onference selection.
 
At the same time, Bolton was a member of the Canadian National Team. She began her international career with the Canadian U19 squad which won a bronze medal at the 1999 World Cup in Perth, Australia.

Bolton returned to the U19 team as an assistant coach from 2005-07, at which time she also was an assistant at Longwood University.

From 2007-10, Bolton was an assistant coach at Virgina Tech, a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference which is one of the premiere leagues in NCAA Division I women’s lacrosse.

While in Blacksburg, she earned a master of science in education from Virginia Tech in 2009.

Bolton also coaches with Ascent Lacrosse Club in Colorado Springs.

Bolton and her husband, Chris, are the parents of a daughter, Evie.
