Box Score Texas Lutheran University used a 31-12 surge early in the second half to break open a tight game and defeat Colorado College, 85-65, on Saturday night at Memorial Gymnasium.

Katie Waters, TLU's Karisa Cantu scored eight of her 16 points to help the Bulldogs build a 64-45 advantage with 9:21 to play.
Davis finished with 18 points and led CC in scoring for the eighth time this season. She also grabbed a team-high seven rebounds.
Waters added 17 points, four rebounds and four assists, while senior guard
Courtney Tyus finished with 14 points and dished out a game-high seven assists.
Colorado College led 25-17 after junior guard
Katie Wirth completed a three-point play with 6:17 remaining in the first half. The Tigers were up 29-27 after Davis scored with 1:49 to go, but Texas Lutheran scored the final six points of the half to take a 33-29 lead after 20 minutes.
Bianca Casas and Cantu paced TLU with 16 points apiece.
Kristen Lye scored 12 points and grabbed a game-high nine rebounds for the Bulldogs, who improved to 7-6 overall and 2-1 in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference.
Texas Lutheran received a huge lift from their bench, which contributed 34 points.
The Bulldogs also hit six of 15 shots from behind the arc, while CC went 1-for-11.
Colorado College, 2-13 overall on 2-2 in the SCAC, plays at home for the first time since Dec. 16 when Austin College invades Reid Arena next Friday. The two-game home stand concludes on Sunday when the Tigers play host to the University of Dallas.
