Box Score Senior forward
Danielle Davis led Colorado College, scoring 19 of her game-high 23 points during a crucial second half, in a nail biting 68-67 victory over the University of Dallas on Friday evening in Reid Arena.

Davis went 10-for-24 from the floor, while adding a game-best four steals. This was the seventh time this season that the senior has scored 20 or more points and the 14th game in her career to do so. Davis has also moved up to ninth all-time in career points with 1,195.

Junior
Korbyn Ukasick also had a stellar night scoring a season-high 19 points, just one point shy of tying her career-high. The forward also led the team with a trio of three pointers and five rebounds.

The Crusaders held a 48-39 lead with 3:06 left in the third quarter, but the Tigers fought back using a 20-6 run over 5:51 to retake its lead at 59-56 when Ukasick drained a three pointer with 6:59 left to play in the fourth quarter. Â Â

Davis ignited the run when she hit a layup with 2:50 left in the third quarter and went on to score the next four points, while freshman guard
Casey Torbet drilled a three to pull within 48-52 at the end of 30 minutes.

Ukasick and Davis combined for six and five points, respectively, as the Tigers continued its run into the final quarter.

Dallas retook the lead 1:27 later when freshman forward Michelle DeCoud made a layup with 5:32 remaining. CC struck back scoring the next five points to take a 64-61 lead when Torbet made a free throw with 3:18 to go.

The Tigers were able to hold on to its lead the remainder of the game with a strong defensive stand allowing only four points over the final three minutes.

Junior guard Holly Tonry led Dallas with 18 points, while dishing out five assists. Junior Forward Seana Stoia and DeCoud also scored in double-figures with 16 and 11 points, respectively, as UD dropped to 8-12 and 3-7 in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference.

After DeCoud hit a layup with 6:31 left in the first quarter to give the Crusaders an 8-6 lead, the Tigers used a 10-0 run that was ignited when Ukasick drained a jumper from the top of the paint with 6:08 remaining to hold Dallas scoreless for just over five minutes.

UD ended the quarter with junior guard Lindsey Gendron hitting a three pointer and senior guard Shelby Waldron making a layup to cut CC's lead in half with under a minute to play.

The Crusaders continued its run into the second quarter scoring five points to retake its lead at 18-16 with a free throw by DeCoud 58 seconds into the quarter.

Dallas held a slight edge at 32-31 after Davis hit a layup with just under two minutes to play, but was able to close out the second half on a 4-0 run to take a 36-31 advantage at halftime.

Katie Wirth led all players with six assists and added five rebounds on defense. Senior guard
Katie Waters also added eight points and five assists on offense for the Tigers.

Colorado College (4-18, 3-8 SCAC) will honor its seniors in its final home game of the season on Sunday against Austin College at 3 p.m. in Reid Arena. Â
