With less than four minutes remaining in the first half, the Gents got a momentum-changing score from Braylen Hollins, who knocked in the rebound of his own shot for his first goal of the year.
Centenary leveled the score early in the second half when Nick Hammond collected a through ball from Gabe Rodriguez and slipped a shot past Colorado College senior goalkeeper
Theo Hooker.
Amer opened the scoring just 3:46 into the contest off of a touch from Huettel, but the Gents got that one back late in the 18th minute when Alejandro Barboza put a shot just under the crossbar.
Hooker stopped three shots for the Tigers, who improved to 9-3-3 overall and 7-2-2 in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference.
CC launched the only five shots of overtime and finished with s 22-12 advantage. The Tigers also finished with a 9-3 margin in corner kicks.
Meza made four saves for Centenary, which dropped to 2-11-2 overall and 1-9-1 in league play.
Colorado College plays its final home games of the season next week when the Tigers play host to Southwestern University and Texas Lutheran on Friday night and Sunday afternoon, respectively.
