The Pirates scored 30 points from behind the arc and went on to record a 68-54 victory on Friday night at Reid Arena.

The Tigers were just 8-for-28 from the field and shot 28.6 percent during the opening 20 minutes.
Sophomore guard Ryan Wheeler buried four of eight long-range shots and led the Pirates with a game-high 24 points.
Sophomore forward Brandon Alexander and sophomore guard Joel Martinez added 11 points apiece for Southwestern, which improved to 7-9 overall and a 3-2 in the SCAC.
Colorado College plays host to Texas Lutheran University on Sunday at 11 a.m.
